By accessing and using the Pep Rally Peptides website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Research Use Only
All products sold by Pep Rally Peptides are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical purposes only. Products are NOT intended for human consumption, ingestion, injection, or application to humans or animals. By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and agree to use the products solely for legitimate research purposes.
3. Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase products from Pep Rally Peptides. Access to the storefront requires age and research-use confirmation (including a bot check). By using this website, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and that you are purchasing for legitimate laboratory research.
4. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product images are for illustrative purposes. Batch-specific purity and identity results appear on the Certificate of Analysis for each lot.
5. Pricing, Discounts, and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Valid affiliate / referral discounts may be applied at checkout when a code is verified; other promotion codes may be limited or unavailable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is charged at checkout (currently $10, free on merchandise subtotals of $150 or more) unless we state otherwise. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Delivery timelines vary by carrier. Pep Rally Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
8. Limitation of Liability
Pep Rally Peptides shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. The buyer assumes all responsibility for the proper handling, storage, and use of purchased materials.
9. Order cancellation
You may request cancellation before an order is fulfilled by contacting contact@peprallypeptides.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available; see Returns and Refunds above for damaged or incorrect items.
10. Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and share information with payment, advertising, affiliate, email, and hosting providers.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes shall be in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
